Procedures for Resolution of Disputed SportsBets (Race & Sports Bookmaking Act 2001)
If a customer wishes to dispute the results of a Sportsbet placed with ACTTAB they should first contact ACTTAB's Customer Service centre on 62456201 and attempts will be made to resolve the matter. If the customer is still not happy with ACTTAB's response they may then refer the matter to the Commission in accordance with Division 6.2 Sections 56-61 of the Race & Sports Bookmaking Act 2001.
